This walking mermaid tail has tiny sequin "scales" that hug the hips. It pulls on over your hips. Two layers of organic pin-tucked chiffon and sequined watery organza frill from the knees. The skirt is also lined with a stretch spandex so that you can walk comfortably. The hip fin has pin tucks with green wire inside, green pearls top each tip.
