Description

I was inspired to design a playful Water Sprite Headdress!

A jewel encrusted crown connects two clusters of blue flowers and pearls at the sides of the head. Fabric and wire make double fins on each side. The fins are posable. The crown is adjustable with silver elastic at the back.
